dturn IT Solutions (P) Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic ERP Developer with 1–2 years of software development experience and strong skills in JavaScript and Python.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining ERPNext (Frappe Framework) applications to meet diverse business requirements. You will work across multiple modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounts, HR, and Manufacturing, while collaborating with functional teams to deliver effective ERP solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and customize ERPNext modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounts, HR, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Write efficient Python (server-side) and JavaScript (client-side) scripts for ERP customization.
  • Develop custom reports, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Integrate ERPNext with third-party applications via REST APIs and Webhooks.
  • Manage and optimize database queries for performance.
  • Test, debug, and deploy ERP applications.
  • Provide ongoing support and resolve ERP-related issues.
Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience in JavaScript and Python.
  • Good understanding of databases (MariaDB / PostgreSQL / MySQL).
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and Webhooks.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with ERPNext / Frappe Framework.
  • Exposure to Linux/Ubuntu environments.
  • Knowledge of version control systems (Git/GitHub).
